Through a gentle systemic approach, underlying family or ancestral dynamics that may be influencing present-day patterns can be explored. This process helps bring awareness and clarity to patterns that may be held within the body and nervous system.
The session is followed by somatic massage, allowing insights from the constellation process to integrate physically. Touch helps the nervous system release tension and anchor new awareness within the body.
